AGRITECHNICA ASIA VIETNAM 2025 EXHIBITION ANNOUNCEMENT

Ho Chi Minh City, February 12, 2025 – The German Agricultural Society (DLG – Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft), in collaboration with the National Agricultural Extension Center and the Vietnam Agriculture Newspaper, jointly held a press conference to announce the AGRITECHNICA ASIA Vietnam 2025 Exhibition, with the theme “Promoting Green Innovations in Southeast Asia”.

As climate change becomes more complex, the demand for agricultural technology is increasing to optimize production processes. Agricultural technology not only supports the development of sustainable farming models but also boosts productivity and reduces waste, ensuring a stable and sustainable food supply.

AGRITECHNICA ASIA is the leading agricultural trade fair organized by DLG. Inspired by the AGRITECHNICA exhibition in Hannover, Germany, which has been showcasing agricultural technology since 1985, this event was first launched in Bangkok to address the diverse agricultural needs across Asia.

“After the success in Bangkok, Thailand in May 2024, AGRITECHNICA ASIA will come to Vietnam for the first time in 2025. We expect the exhibition to introduce advanced agricultural solutions and sustainable practices to Vietnamese farmers. Looking further ahead, we hope AGRITECHNICA ASIA will be held alternately in Thailand and Vietnam, turning the two countries, and Southeast Asia in general, into knowledge hubs for agricultural mechanization”, said Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thach, Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Agriculture Newspaper.

AGRITECHNICA ASIA 2025 is scheduled to take place from March 12 to 14, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City. Concurrently, AGRITECHNICA ASIA Vietnam 2025 will be co-located with HortEx Vietnam, organized in collaboration with Minh Vi Exhibition and Advertisement Services Co., Ltd.
